The Condor Konduru series are a collection of Japanese-inspired kitchen knives. The Santoku shares the styling of the classic Japanese chef’s knife, but is made with the the Central American flare Condor is known for. The blade has a flat grind with a tall secondary bevel that functions much like a Scandinavian grind. The handle is made of hickory wood with a walnut bolster and brass pins. The knife includes a leather sheath for easy travel. If you ever wanted a mashup of a bushcraft knife and a kitchen knife, this is the one for you!
