The Condor Mainz Gladius is designed after the Mainz Gladius (or Sword of Tiberius), a famous ancient Roman sword found in the Rhine river near Mainz, Germany. Condor’s interpretation of this sword features a 1075 high carbon steel blade with a polished finish. The handle is made from walnut with wrapped leather for added grip. The sword includes a matching walnut scabbard with steel bands and rings for secure storage.
